My passion wasn't always photography

I was originally a graphic design student who picked up a camera simply to help create content that I could use in my design work. Honestly, I don't think I would have ever considered photography as a career choice otherwise...

Fortunately, it didn't take long before I realized that I loved capturing memories for the people in front of the camera way more than I did making projects for myself! This realization eventually led me to become a full-time portrait and wedding photographer based in Magnolia, Arkansas.

And I absolutely love it! There’s something incredibly meaningful about capturing a moment exactly as it happened and turning it into a keepsake that lasts forever. What I really love are the moments no one plans. It's the unscripted things—whether it’s a good belly laugh or a playful push— that make a photo everyone's favorite. That’s why one of my priorities as your photographer is making sure that you can stay fully present and enjoy your special moment while I take care of getting the shot. After all, the best photos aren't the technically perfect ones—they're the ones that make you smile when you look back and remember those feelings.
